Semi-Conductive Loading Hose:
Can-Blast's loading hose is manufactured with a special semi-conductive polyethylene compound that prevents the build up of static electricity. Loading hose with anti-static or semi-conductive properties such as this, are required by safety authorities when pneumatically loading bulk explosives such as AN-FO or cartridge explosives.
Our loading hose product lines complie with mining safety authority regulations around the world by having an electrical resistance of 1,000 - 10,000 Ohms per meter and a total resistance of less then 2 Mohms per total loading hose length.
Our loading hose is manufactured with a continuous molded yellow stripe to differentiate it from other non-semi-conductive hoses.

Heavy Duty Wall Smooth Bore Hose
The heavy duty smooth bore loading hose has a wall thickness that is 50% thicker then the standard smooth bore loading product line. This added wall thickness allows the loading hose to span greater distances to the bore hole with out flexing and increases the wear life. This product line is commonly used for bore hole flushing.
Application: Bore hole flushing and pneumatic bulk loading of ammonium nitrate/fuel oil blasting agents.

Grooved Bore Cartridge Loading Hose
Grooved bore hose improves the loading performance of cartridges by using longitudinal grooves down the length of the hose. These grooves allow air flow around the cartridges while traveling through the loading hose causing them to self center therefore reducing friction.
Additionally the longitudinal grooves help to prevent pressure spikes in the hose due to jammed or slower moving cartridges.
Application: Loading water gel or emulsion type cartridge explosives.
